Friday Night Flow & Let Go (Session 1)
Join Valerie for a 90-minute candlelit mindful movement practice & relaxation session to bring on the chill as we head into the weekend! Please provide your own yoga mat, props, journal (if you wish) & water bottle for your comfort.
Available sessions are as follows:
Session 1: Friday, July 18 from 7:00 - 8:30pm
Session 2: Friday, July 25 from 7:00 - 8:30pm
