Friday Night Flow & Let Go (Session 1)

These hotter summer nights are calling us to chill out!

Join Valerie for a candlelit mindful movement & relaxation session featuring guided meditation and breathwork to help you get out of your head and back into your body.. so you can ease on into your weekend! Please provide your own yoga mat, props (such as bolster, blocks & strap), journal (if you wish) & water bottle for your comfort.

Tickets for these 90-minute workshops are $45 for 1 session or $80 for both sessions. Tickets are nonrefundable. These events will take place at the Fields Corner Business Lab in the Quincy Lee Event Space on the 2nd Floor. Please be sure to arrive by 6:50pm when the doors lock. Advance registration required. No late admission. Please turn off or silence your cell phone.
