Sound Bath on the Beach: A Sunday Reset

Ease into the week with an hour of sound, sand, and simplicity. All levels welcome — no experience needed.

• 🧘 Bring a yoga mat, blanket & any additional props to ensure your maximum comfort

• ☀️ Wear sunscreen

• 🧥 Dress in comfortable layers — we may feel cool by the water

• 💧 Sound travels best through water - hydrate well in the early morning before our 11am session & be sure to use the rest room prior to arrival, it is unclear if there will be restroom access or a port-a-potty on this date
