Join Valerie for a soothing Saturday night of Gentle Yoga + Sound Bath on Saturday, 2/21 from 5-6:30pm! This session is accessible for yoga practitioners of all levels and no prior experience is required. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to freely move your body. In addition to a yoga mat, participants often benefit from bringing a bolster, small pillow, blanket and an eye mask or eye pillow for an enhanced Sound Bath experience. Please arrive at 4:45pm to ensure a prompt start time at 5pm as the door will be locked. Sound travels best through water, so be sure to arrive well-hydrated!
